Job roll: hr recruiter (remote job) in a well known job placement company

Job responsibilities:

Design and update job descriptions
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.gSocial media and professional job platforms like monster, shine etc)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video)
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Handle team when given to you
Work on recruitment process documentation and other given assignments
Coordinate with senior on all project and update daily work report with maintaining the records

Required skills:

Proven work experience as an hr recruiter or similar role
Updated with all new technology
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement
Must have own laptop
Good command over ms office suite (excel, word, powerpoint etc.) and email drafting
Need dedication and smart thinking for work
Enthusiastic and hardworking
