FunctionalParameters:
The FactoryManager is responsible for the overall operation, management, andperformance of a manufacturing facility. They are tasked withensuring efficient production processes, product quality, employeesafety, and cost control.
The Factory Manager reports to seniormanagement and is accountable for meeting production targets andfinancialobjectives.
1.ProductionManagement: Oversee the production process to meet productionschedules and quality standards. Monitor and optimize productionefficiency, ensuring minimal downtime and waste. Develop andimplement production plans andstrategies.
2.Quality Control:Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain highproduct quality. Address and resolve quality-related issues,including customercomplaints.
3.ResourceManagement: Manage and allocate resources, including personnel,equipment, and materials. Ensure the availability of raw materialsand components required forproduction.
4.Health andSafety:
Enforce and promote safety regulations and practices tomaintain a safe working environment. Investigate and report anyworkplace incidents oraccidents.
5.Budget and CostControl: Prepare and manage the factorys budget, tracking expensesand ensuring cost-effective operations. Identify areas for costreduction and processimprovement.
6.StaffManagement: Recruit, train, and supervise factory staff, includingproduction workers and supervisors. Conduct performance evaluationsand provide guidance and support toemployees.

Functional Parameters: 1. Develop and uphold quality standards forproduction processes. 2. Conduct regular testing and inspections toensure product quality and compliance. 3. Testing of all Rawmaterials (like Sand, Aggregate, Cement, and additives etc.) tocheck whether quality is appropriate for production or not. 4. Givethe clearance to stores to unload the material after qualityapproval. 5. ensure the products dimension after pressing frommachine (Length, Height, and width) is as per standard. 6. Identifyand analyze defects, collaborating with teams for correctiveactions. 7. Maintain accurate documentation of quality tests,statistical reviews, reports, and corrective measures. 8. Prepareand send Test Report finished products is dispatched with vehicle.9. Collaborate with production teams to enhance processes andreduce defects. 10. Ensure adherence to industry regulations andinternal quality benchmarks. 11. Evaluate incoming raw materialsand components for quality assurance. 12. Train production staff onquality standards and inspection techniques. 13. Address customerconcerns related to quality and contribute to customersatisfaction. 14. Use automated systems to perform testingprocedures for FG Blocks (CS, Density, Dimensions, Abrasions,etc).
