Job Title: Sales Executive ( 4-6 years )
Company Profile : Digineous is in the field of digitalization of plants, machines / assets and site facilities, using technologies including IoT, automation and software services.
We provide complete end to end solutions, including hardware, software and all related supporting services.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive with a passion for sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth from our existing and new clients, through a variety of sales strategies, including customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies for individual existing clients by understanding their exact need and offer the relevant products to address their requirements.
· Key deliverable will include :
o Ensure sustained revenue from existing clients. Be the Voice Of Customer
o Incremental revenue achieved from existing clients
o Total revenue from the assigned accounts
o New customer acquisitions.
· Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
· Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales proposals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and finance, to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
· Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, including leads generated, sales pipeline, and revenue forecast.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
An engineering degree will be an added advantage
· Strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
· Experience with social media marketing and lead generation strategies is a plus.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
