What you’ll do:
1.Work as a key member of the GSC COE Logistics. Manages all supply chain deliverables for “RFQ Project delivery” for Parcel mode for all Global Eaton. Lead Analyst role acts as the primary interface between corporate team, supply chain organization, Service Providers and GSC COE. This role is responsible for the overall Operations Management which includes the Data Management for Parcel, RFQ baselining support, Analytics support, Adhoc Support, Regional reports, Logistics Council Meeting & Supplier QBRs, establish and maintain accurate data, and act as a single point of contact from GSC COE for the entire program.

•Support global parcel RFQ in terms of identifying correct RFQ tool, prepare RFQ template, prepare baseline, evaluate carrier responses and perform required analytical scenarios
•To develop the use of standard reports, tools and methodology from the Logistic Customer Dashboard after go live.
•Highlighting opportunities for improvement such as ordering pattern, delivery profile and transportation savings.
•Using and develop standard work processes to monitor trends, changes and to sustain improvements.
•Prepare and support with executive and ad-hoc reporting for SCM and Logistic Operations.
•Support the Manager – GPO Support in other ad-hoc projects that the Logistic activities.
Qualification:
•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
Basic Knowledge (Foundation):
•Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Logistics Procurement Management in Parcel category
•5 years experience in data analytics will be added advantage
•Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI Visio & Project)
•Basic knowledge of using SQL for data extraction and manipulation
•Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external customers
•Self-motivated
•Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects
•Hands on experience in Power BI
•Should be well versed with Data & Information Management, Reporting & MIS, Ad-hoc reporting, Business Insight & Analysis, Market research
•Have a good understanding of logistics cost factors, working of carrier rates/surcharges and Global supplier base
•Able to gather data from multiple systems and assimilate bigger data set
•Understand linkages of data across different data set/reports
Skills:
•Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI Visio & Project)
•Basic knowledge of using SQL for data extraction and manipulation
•Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external customers
•Self-motivated
