Responsibilities
1. Make new clients by helping them with their needs and wants
related to computer/ laptop purchases.
2. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered
by the company.
3. Handle service & repair calls with utmost smartness.
4. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their
specifications.
5. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and
services.
6. Keeping a record of all the clients and dealers separately and
regular FOLLOW UP through mail & phone.
7. Identify Customers’ Needs And Wants, Clarifying Information
Whenever Possible.
8. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
9. Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
