A day in the life of an office manager / billing coordinator
As an office manager / billing coordinator, you have the important duties of managing a team, coordinating schedules, and handling accounts receivableAs a focused self-starter, you enjoy working independently from home approximately 95% of the timeDetail-oriented and industrious, you take pride in your ability to successfully prioritize multiple tasksWith a highly organized approach, you coordinate scheduling to ensure the orderly operation of our companyYou oversee our amazing cleaning crew, spending about 5% of your time in the field, while managing the rest of your communication via text and phoneYou are also involved in the hiring process for new employees, welcoming staff members who would be a great addition to our team.
Additionally, you keep our business running smoothly by performing essential bookkeeping tasks for our accounts receivableYou promptly create and submit cleaning invoices using quickbooksClients can count on you to respond to emails quickly and professionally handle their billing inquiriesYou take great pride in providing excellent customer service while meeting the needs of our clients.
Qualifications for an office manager / billing coordinator
Bilingual in english and spanish is a must
Experience with financial software such as excel and quickbooks is preferable.
Owns a reliable, insured vehicle
Resident of the metro denver area
