Part time office manager to grow with company
Local recycling remediation company, conscious taos, hiring part time office manager to potentially grow with the companyWe want to hire someone within the taos, nm communityMust be organized, self-motivated, adaptable self-starter who is willing to work from home and has permanent access to a computer and internetMust have previous office management experience.
Looking for a responsible, environmentally conscious individual who values timeliness, attention to detail, organization, courtesy, and customer service.
Job responsibilities include:
Dedicated data/systems management
Initiating customer phone calls
Customer invoicing and email communications
Sales
Customer account management
Bookkeeping
Quickbooks, google workspace, asana, google docs, google sheets, shopify, send grid, experience preferredMust be highly organized.
20-25 hrs/week, 4 – 5 days/week with opportunities for increased responsibilities and hours in the near future.
Have multiple references and resume ready.
Working window is roughly 9a – 12p m-th/f – willing to discuss working with applicant’s schedule.
Substance abuse and tardiness will not be toleratedMust pass a background check.
