Position Summary:

IT System Analyst / Senior IT System Analyst is responsible for Service Management for Systems Engineering Embedded Software and Application lifecycle tools by handling Incident management.

Tasks:

Point of contact to business area regarding IT business Engineering application needs
Coordination IT requests inside ZFs IT areas.
Expert Incident and Request support for Embedded Software tools. Vector tools CANape, CANoe, Candela Studio, Autosar, CANalyzer, VectorCAST

Altium Tasking

COBRA
QA C code analyzer
Polyspace
Microsoft Visual Studio

Incident and Request support for Application Lifecycle tools. PTC Integrity
IBM DOORS
IBM Rhapsody
IBM ClearCase/ClearQuest

Release and upgrade coordination/delivery.
Coordination clients install package design and deployment.
Issue coordination with tool Vendors and IT Build team.
License administration support for Vector and dSPACE products.
Application support- CAE Simulation applications like ANSYS, ABAQUS, HYPERMESH
JAVA FlexLM and non FlexLM license management.
Creating and updating handling instructions, documentations, and knowledge base articles.
Consulting and cooperating with other Engineering global IT teams.

Profile:

Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics or similar.
3 to 6 years of experience in the IT field encompassing a majority of the following areas Software Engineering Design, ALM, Active Driving Assist Systems, Data Base and Testing.
Application support- CAE Simulation applications like ANSYS, ABAQUS, HYPERMESH
Experience providing customer support and resolution of technical issues.
Proven analytical abilities in addition to strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Good English language skills.
ITIL/MCSE/CCP V or related Information Systems certifications would be an advantage.
Knowledge in Linux platform, Microsoft SQL Database server would be an advantage.
