The manager, talent acquisition operations is a key member of the talent acquisition team responsible for the talent ‘tech stack’, systems, technology and solutions, including our ats (workday recruiting), our crm (phenom) and other technology tools that support recruiting and hiringIn collaboration with the talent acquisition, field operations and hris leadership, you will design, implement and maintain talent systems that support strategy, optimize processes, provide analytics and insights, and enhance user and candidate experienceThis position reports directly into the vp, talent acquisition.
Essential functions
Owner, subject matter expert and manager of the talent tech stack, inclusive of ats (workday recruiting), crm and other ta tools.
Drive process optimization and design, test and manage talent technology solutions in a high volume multi-site environment.
Trusted advisor for the development, testing, quality, and hyper care of talent systems rollouts, including delivering on training for all users, standard operating procedures (sops) and all related matters to ensure flawless, as-intended user experience supported by the technology
Leverage technology to generate talent metrics, dashboards, and reporting that generates insights into the operations and performance of talent acquisitions.
Support the evaluation, selection, implementation, and roi analysis of all technology tools that drive candidate attraction, hiring, onboarding,
In partnership with leaders, drive the talent technology roadmap, reviewing and adjusting the roadmap as neededEnsure roi process and metrics are outlined.
Effectively support relationships with application vendors and outsourced partners including participating in vendor selection programs and ongoing relationship management and partnership
Keep current on key hr systems technology and trends; network with other companies and professional organizations to stay abreast of best practices in hr technology and the digital people experience space.
Oversee high-visibility programs or projects by providing direction for areas of ownership and engagement with various stakeholder groups.
Meet regularly with key partners and stakeholders to identify upcoming projects and understand collaboration opportunities.
Engage with 3rd party consultants to supplement internal resources when necessary and gather business/technical requirements related to system configuration.
Participate with project teams for systems implementations or upgrades by engaging in some/all aspects of the implementation lifecycle as required: business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing lead/participant, documentation, communication, cutover, etc.
Oversee application change control processesResponsibilities include solution design review and approval, monitoring testing processes/progress and providing final approval for implementation in production.
Drive enhancements with the team via brainstorms, system reviews and networking with other customers and product managers.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in hr systems / hris, with a focus in talent acquisition systems preferred
Talent acquisition operations experience
Workday experience is a plus
Strong project management skills and experience
Strong analytical skills, data analytics experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree
