**Position Summary**:
The position as payroll administrator has a responsibility for ensuring the correctness of payroll, providing quality in service and take pride in contributing to high customer satisfaction.
**Your Responsibilities**:
– Maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control),
– Registration of new hires / terminations / employment changes in employment register,
– Maintenance of organizational structure
– Absence /attendance registration and handling
– Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries)
– Preparation and delivery of reports
– Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone
– Producing the contracts and other employment related documentation
– Maintaining physical and / or electronical archive.
– Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position
**Skills**:
– Required to have good communication skills,
both written and oral, in English and local language
– Ability to plan work and make priorities
– Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
– Customer focused with ability to deliver high quality services
– Business minded and alert to customer’s needs
– Proactive in improving processes and procedures
– Flexible in relation to tasks and work extent

**Education & experience**:
