Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Be a team player and drive the team to achieve the targets.
Roles and responsibilities:
– Build relationships with prospective clients within the staffing industry
– Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
– Manage sales pipeline
– Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
– Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
– Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
– Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
– Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
– Team handling and performance management
Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree 6+ years in business development/sales of IT services or Staffing. Alongside, 3+ years of team handling experience.
– Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
– Strong negotiation skills
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– CRM experience is preferred
