1. Responsible for the overall management of overseas after-sales service departments;
2. Responsible for coordinating the establishment of overseas after-sales system, including but not limited to service process, customer complaint process, departmental system, etc.;
3. Responsible for developing overseas after-sales partners and related management work;
4. Undertake the company’s strategic goals, formulate the department’s annual key tasks, and complete the decomposition and advancement of the work;
5. Assist sales to maintain customer relationship and provide customers with high-quality after-sales service.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years experience in overseas after-sales service management;
2.
Be good at refining and summarizing, and have good problem-analysis and problem-solving skills;
3. Possess strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and clear logical thinking skills;
4. Learning ability: be able to quickly grasp the knowledge of after-sales policies and common laws and regulations;
5. Ability to withstand pressure: There are many types of complaint customers, and the complexity of the case and the variables in the communication process cannot be predicted, so it is necessary to have a strong ability to withstand pressure.
6. Proficient in English, which can be used as a working language.
