Roles and responsibilities:

Analyze our existing website content and identify opportunities for improvement in order to increase organic traffic.

Update (and sometimes write) content for improved structure, accuracy, search intent, and user experience.

Run keyword research and competitive analyses to find areas for organic growth.

Measure and report on organic traffic, rankings, and backlinks generated from search

Audit and optimize website content for better performance in search engines as well as to drive more conversions to our newsletter and videos.

Stay up to date on seo trends, search engine algorithm updates, and technology.

Our ideal colleague will be someone with following:

3+ years of experience in seo, ideally in a media company

Demonstrated significant seo-led growth in the past

Technical proficiency, including the ability to speak developers’ language

An analytical mindset and a very good understanding of seo kpis

Proficiency with seo tools, including google search console and crawling software

Strong communication skills (multilingual will be an added advantage) and a persuasive personality
