Job Description
Description and Requirements
- Provide support on .NET based applications and participate in regular application maintenance activities.
- Communicate with stakeholders regularly on the progress and status of outstanding trouble tickets.
- Assist in creating requirements/technical documentation.
- Perform analysis of tasks/issues reported & provide technical solutions.
- Understand the application/area as it relates to assigned projects/tasks and integration with other systems.
- Coordinate, collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders offshore and onshore.
- Participate in improvising the processes and assigned applications/projects.
- Stay up to date with industry standard best practices/techniques related to Application development.
- Be available for meetings, on-call support, off-hours support work (including weekends) as required.
- Provide support during weekends/holidays as per the on-call roster.

Additional Job Description
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Must have hands-on experience in application system integration or Issue triaging with Web based, Client Server and distributed applications.
- Good in writing database queries on Microsoft T-SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
- Good to have coding experience on applications built using C#, ASP.NET, Angular, LINQ, JQuery, MVC, REST API.
- Good to have understanding of application monitoring tools (splunk, kibana etc), incident management and change management.
- Should have experience using Team Foundation Server, ticketing tool like Service Desk, Jira for ticket and SDLC management.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills of web applications in a distributed system architecture.
- Demonstrated analytical and design capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in coordinating with onshore and offshore stakeholders.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fast learner, quality conscious and committed to deadlines.
