We are hiring for Desktop support with A+ microsoft certification

• Minimum technical certifications, A+, preferred Microsoft certifications
• Awareness of new desktop/laptop technologies and their value to our operation.
• Basic networking skills includingWireless LAN’s
• Awareness of information security threats and trends as well as proper remediation tactics.
• Knowledge in Cisco network equipment and HP computers will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in working within geographically dispersed teams will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Notice period: serving to 30 days immediate

Exp 3 to 10 years

Education:Diploma in IT or equivalent
