Full job description
Tata harper skincare is seeking a passionate and creative individual for the position of designer, digital marketing productionThis is a full-time or project based position working remotely from home or from the company’s shelburne vermont office.
Roles and responsibilities:
Design & produce global newsletters optimized for best-in-class design practice.
Produce website assets to keep up with the marketing calendar.
Ensure all creative deliverables consistently elevate the brand and have cohesive typography, hierarchy, layout, balance and color.
Work closely with dtc marketing to design eye-catching newsletter and sms campaigns that result in engagement and conversion growth.
Actively participate in the content planning process, recommending email templates, design best practices and liaising with brand and dtc photo teams as needed.
Monitor the competitive landscape and stay on top of industry trends, providing recommended updates as needed.
Support qa process to ensure campaigns are deployed on time and without errors.
Consult with support teams as needed to troubleshoot any challenges and ensure best possible technical solutions.
Code, build, test, and schedule all emails for deploy using klaviyo.
Manage and maintain organized working files within brand folder structure.
Be a strong remote communicator via hangouts, email, and phone.
Be proactive in time management to ensure deadlines are being met.
Qualifications & requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a digital designer, with a primary focus on email
Proficient knowledge of photoshop, illustrator, indesign, premiere pro and adobe xd
Must have portfolio with examples of designing mobile and desktop optimized designs as well as creating animated gifs
Experience with klaviyo or related esp experience (iterable, sfmc, bronto, sailthru)
Detail-oriented, organized, and the ability to manage multiple projects on deadline.
A self-starter: if you don`t know the answer, you know where to find what is needed to get the job done.
Attention to detail is a must, resulting in high-quality final deliverables.
Communication is key – the ideal candidate will be able to receive constructive criticism, communicate design choices effectively and deliver result-oriented deliverables.
Strong desire to learn, try new things, and problem solve.
Previous experience with luxury/beauty brands is a plus.
If remote, must have the ability to work with reliable wifi and be available for seasonal travel to the shelburne, vermont office.
