As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with potential customers, providing information about our product offerings, addressing inquiries, understanding customer needs, and closing deals. Experienced candidates are preferred, but we are open to training individuals who demonstrate potential. The role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
– Product Presentation: Communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers in a clear manner.
– Customer Queries: Respond to customer queries, concerns, and questions regarding the company and its products, ensuring accurate and timely information.
– Understand Customer Needs:
Understand customers’ requirements by asking relevant questions and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
– Grievance Handling: Address customer complaints and issues professionally, aiming to resolve them to the customer’s satisfaction.
Requirements:

Interview Process:

– Stage 3: Sales and Industry training, with the provision of a training certificate upon completion, all conducted remotely.
