Role & responsibilities

Project Planning:

– Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
– Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
– Obtain necessary permits and approvals for the construction project.

Budget and Cost Management:

– Monitor and control project budgets,

ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
– Manage change orders and variations to the project scope to minimize cost overruns.

Schedule Management:

– Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure that construction milestones are met on time.
– Identify and address potential delays or issues that could impact project timelines.

Quality Assurance:

– Oversee construction processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
– Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and rectify any defects or deficiencies.

Health and Safety:

Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for all project personnel.
