Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have expertise in 0365 Exchange Online Protection with a strong focus on MFA, shared points, active directory, distribution lists, and admin center. The role demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of SLAs and metrics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24*7 shift environment. The position requires working from the office exclusively with no hybrid or WFH options. Immediate joiners or those able to relocate to Hyderabad by May 15th or 30th are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for 0365 Exchange Online Protection, including MFA, shared points, active directory, distribution lists, and admin center.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain SLAs and metrics related to technical support activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
• Participate in on-call rotations and be available for 24*7 shifts as required.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Exchange Online Protection.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, specifically with 0365 Exchange Online Protection.
• Proficiency in MFA, shared points, active directory, distribution lists, and admin center.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting SLAs and handling support metrics effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24*7 shift environment.
• Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate by May 15th or 30th.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Note: Exchange Online Protection and Admin Center expertise are mandatory for this position.
