Job Title: Talent Acquisition InternResponsibilities:Candidate Sourcing:Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking events.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.2. Resume ScreeningReview resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for open positions.Provide initial assessments and recommendations to the talent acquisition team.3.Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing necessary information and support throughout the interview process.4.Employer Branding:Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms and the company career page.5.Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Generate reports and analytics related to recruitment metrics.6.Onboarding Assistance:Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and compliance requirements are met.7.Talent Pools and Networking:Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, universities, and professional organizations.Attend networking events and career fairs to promote the organization and identify talent.8.Learning and Development:Take part in training sessions to enhance recruitment and talent acquisition knowledge.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Requirements:1.Education:Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2.Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.3.Organizational Skills:Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.4.Team Collaboration:Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.5.Tech Savvy:Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
