Pranava Group Looking for Junior IT Executive at Hyderabad, Telangana, India Full Time

• Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior IT Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be required to travel to different sites to troubleshoot and resolve network issues, manage PC and laptop maintenance, handle printer-related problems, install operating systems, perform data backups, and monitor CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff.

• Responsibilities:**
• Travel to various sites to assess and resolve network issues.
• Provide support for basic issues related to laptops, PCs, and printers, including hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems across various platforms.
• Regularly perform data backups to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Monitor CCTV systems and ensure they are always fully functional, performing necessary maintenance and repair as required.
• Assist in the maintenance of inventory records for all IT hardware and software.
• Coordinate with external vendors for the resolution of any issues that require further expertise.
• Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades and deployments.
• Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other commonly used software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to travel to different sites as needed.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
