Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads etc.
2. Develop and manage paid search, display other performance-based marketing initiatives.
Data Analysis:
1. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
2. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies, allocate budgets effectively, and improve campaign performance on a daily basis.
3. Own new experiments and A/B tests based on insights derived from analyzing data
Keyword and Audience Research:
1. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign targeting and content strategies.

Define and target specific audience segments to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
Ad Creatives and Landing Page Optimization:
1. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences.
2. Continuously A/B test ad copies, visuals, and landing page elements to improve conversion rates.
Budget Management:
1. Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and product groups and monitoring of spends to achieve the best possible results.
SEO and SEM Integration:
1. Integrate performance marketing efforts with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to create a holistic approach to online visibility.
Reporting and Reporting Tools:
1. Prepare regular reports and presentations that highlight campaign performance, key insights, and recommended actions.
2. Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms, to track and assess results.
Testing and Experimentation:
1. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends, and implement innovative strategies to improve performance continually.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in performance marketing, including managing paid advertising campaigns for Ecommerce brands.
3. Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Ads and others.
4.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
6. Knowledge of marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Good to have skills –
1. Experience with SEO and SEM strategies is a significant plus for the right candidate
