Brief about the team:

The Product Team at Tata 1mg plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and shaping the future of healthcare. As a member of our Product Team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals dedicated to revolutionizing the healthcare industry through technology-driven solutions. Product Managers (PMs) at Tata 1mg lead a charter within the organization with direct top line or bottom line impact. They are responsible for making strategic roadmaps and owning the outcomes & deliverables of that charter.

What will you do:

– Work closely with Business Unit (BU) heads to drive outcomes and align product strategies with the overall organizational goals.
– Be responsible for creating a product vision and a roadmap that aligns with the overall product vision.

This includes breaking down the long-term roadmap into smaller milestones and defining clear objectives and key results (OKRs) on a quarterly basis.
– Be outcome-oriented; everything we do needs metrics and you will be expected to define and improve these metrics
– You also possess the necessary skills and attention to detail to be hands-on, while having a long term strategic view. You and your team will actively participate in the product development process as needed, including collaborating with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
– Travel to different cities to perform user research, gap analysis & create actionable technology roadmaps.

– Drive a high bar for on-time delivery while setting high quality standards
– Ensure features are built in a re-usable, extendable & configurable manner.
– Define measures for evaluating product success.
– Continuously collect and analyze feedback from customers & stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement across features and end products.
– Constantly create, maintain and own backlogs to deliver with your tech team.
– Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
– Partner with cross-functional teams across businesses, functions & products to define the best solution using Tata 1mg’s capabilities as a whole – beyond just the technology products.

What are we looking for :

– Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex,

cross-functional 0 to 1 and 1 to n product initiatives with significant business impact.
– Have 2-5 years of relevant experience.
– Understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies.
– Strong backbone in communicating point of view, supporting vision with data, and building alignment with the internal teams, and with stakeholders at all levels, including BU heads.
– Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills
– Structured thinking
– Proactively deep dive and dig into data and KPIs to derive product & user insights.
– Ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams with empathy.
