Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bhubaneswar with flexibility for some remote work. As the Chief Technology Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, from software development and IT strategy to architecture and product development. The Chief Technology Officer will work closely with other members of the executive team to align technology with the company’s overall objectives and vision.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software development, project management, and IT strategy
• Experience in technical architecture design and product development
• Demonstrated understanding of enterprise-level technology stacks and industry-standard technologies, such as NodeJS,Java,React,AWS,etc

• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, including experience in strategic planning and execution, and budgeting and resource allocation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,no experience required, but knowledge

• Understanding in B2B management systems and/or local commerce technologies is a plus
