•
Development and upkeep of all the Websites of MIT

Understand Internal & External Stakeholder’s requirements, assessing the markets conditions, evaluating competitive landscape, and positioning the product line to appeal to the end user

Create an Integrated Data Centre and its 100% uptime. This includes the development and design of database management, relevant strategies, system monitoring and improving database performance and capacity and planning for future expansion requirements

Monitor & Analyse Performance of the IT and IT Infrastructures (Servers, WiFi Networks etc)

Evaluate Student / Faculty feedback & concerns and integrate them into future development projects

Taking care of the IT needs of various departments under MITWPU including that of Examination, ERP, Admissions, Record Keeping, Institutional Relations, Media and Photography Department, All the Social Initiatives, Events, Webinars, Seminars and Conferences
Financial and Budget
•
Manage Operating and Capital Budgets – Closely manage the financial aspects of Technology Development in multiple products like Learning Management System (LMS), ERP, Student Online Registration, Process etc. and implementation by managing Operating and Capital Budgets.

Determine how best to allocate funds toward building effective technologies, and perform careful analysis and forecasting of return on investment

Facilitate IT Purchase and bring in cost saving measures by means of need evaluation, vendor evaluation while determining the best suited solutions without compromising the core objective

Substantial Technical and Leadership experience
•
The personal characteristics to have a substantial experience and a successful record of senior leadership at the institutional level, either in a technology-intensive university or in a large and complex organisation with similarities to higher education
•
Evidence of developing, communicating and executing a vision and strategy in a complex organisation, Proven Transformation Leadership in a sizeable organisation
•
Demonstrated personal leadership of creating new benchmark of performance and have proven record of performance improvement and change at an organisational level;

Financial acumen and experience, and commercial awareness, which demonstrate the ability to strategically manage, optimise and be accountable for the management of resources

Qualification

Digital experience covering one or more of: digital commerce, digital strategy, digital marketing, content services, mobile applications, digital analytics
