**Responsibilities will include**:
– Market research on identifying business prospects and selling possibilities/ study market trends
– Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
– Set up meetings with potential clients and listening to their training needs and expectations
– Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
– Ensure that you are aware of all new products and solutions available for the market
– Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
– Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
– Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

– Attend team meetings and collaborate on best practice with colleagues
– Gather feedback from customers and share with internal teams
