– Clear understanding of primary and secondary channels of sales.
– New business development from existing and new customers.
– Appointment and management of distributors.
– Responsible for the business targets achievement of the territory.
– Clear understanding of new products launched and ensuring success rate in respective territory.
– Market Expansion/ New Markets: Developing new markets and new areas of business growth.
– Looking for business opportunities with the channel partners for more extraction and addressability.
– Identification of potential opportunities for sales.
– Building a brand presence in the market.
Skills Required
– Should be confident enough to handle channel sales & distributor sales activity.
– Hands-on experience in Retail Sales and Marketing field.
Technical/Functional Proficiency Required
– Exposure to Sales and Marketing in Personal Care /Perfume or Body Mist/ FMCG/FMCD/Stationery ware /Fragrance Industries and the Home Care sector.
