Lithe Consulting Looking for Agile Coach – Security-Cleared at India Full Time

Job Description

Were working with one of the worlds leading agile corporations, on a very large government project. Were looking for Agile Coaches WITH CURRENT UK SECURITY CLEARANCE to work on long-term projects in Portsmouth and Bristol. The job is offered on a hybrid basis, with an onsite commitment of 2 days every 2 weeks for Portsmouth, and 3 days per week for Bristol.

Due to the long-term nature of the engagement, we are only able to offer permanent, employed contracts (FTC may be considered initially, but remuneration levels will be the same as permanent employees).

The successful applicants will have 5 years+ Agile Coaching experience. Most of the work will be at team level,

but you will also need to be comfortable coaching senior management. Any previous experience in working in the defence industry would be especially welcome.

Scrum@Scale is another pre-requisite. Applicants should be certified in this, or at least have experience of working in it.

In terms of people and soft skills, applicants must have all the personal attributes of an excellent and effective Agile Coach. Also, you must have the ability to follow instruction – were working with a global agile corporation who are implementing agile with their ways of working.
