– Provide excellent & friendly customer service, promptly answer customer emails, and order inquiries & ensure the highest level of customer experience
– Utilize the Live Chat feature to help customers via live chat (must be able to work in a fast-paced environment)
– Answer customer service emails in English for order-related matters
– Check on customer orders, track shipment status, process customer returns, assist in order edits, problem resolution, stock availability, and communication with customers
– Answer product-related questions
– Communicate customer service order needs with the internal teams
– Compile return and exchange reports for internal teams to review
– Assist in creating shipping labels for e-commerce orders using Shopify & Shipstation
– Make sure guidelines, shipping/returns policies are met and respected.
– Resolve lost/ missing package issues by filling and closing claims with shipping carriers.
– Support E-commerce billing by closing customers invoices with our company ERP system.
– Process returns, exchanges, issue refunds, and make adjustments to orders according to customer’s request.
– File and maintain organized records and data entry for customers orders
– Use multiple web and data interfaces for order inquiries and processing.
– Enter, process, and adjust wholesale orders in our ERP system
– Set up style and color information in our ERP system
Qualifications
– · Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
– · Shopify: 3 years (Preferred)
– · Gorgias: 3 years (Preferred)
– · Shipstation: 3 years (Preferred)
– · Apparel Magic or similar ERP: 3 years (Preferred)
– · Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
– · Proficient in English
– · Quick learner
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
