Job Profile: ADMISSION COUNSELLORS

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream ( Digital Marketing Degree & experience will be preferred)

1-2 Years (Candidate with relevant exp is preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Counsel students & working professionals for our various Regular Leads, Walkins, Live Digital Marketing Programs, and Online Course Students through multiple media like telephone calls, emails, chats & social media Channels.

– Lead Generation from different online channels and converting it into Sales.

– Take Participation in Social Media Content Creation Like Educational Content Creation or other relevant content creation ( Content formats like text, visuals, and Reels are recommended)

– Develop & maintain positive working relationships with clients/working professionals Maintaining CRM of all student queries and status updates of action taken thereon. Delivery of Sales targets in a performance-driven competitive environment.

– Managing the data in system software.

– Work on the references provided by the existing clients/ working professionals Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstanding,

Maintain installment register in real-time.

– Should be active, capable to take initiative, and target oriented
