Responsibilities:
l Analyze brand positioning and client insights.
l Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
l Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
l Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
l Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
l Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
l Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
l Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
l Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
l Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
l Devise innovative growth strategies.
l Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
l Communicate with the internal team and make sure all client works are going smooth.
Requirements and skills:
l Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
l Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
l Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
l Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
l Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
l Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
l Outstanding communication skills.
l Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
l Degree in marketing or a related field.
