We’re seeking a performance-driven individual who has a thirst for collaborationThe successful candidate is a detailed and results-oriented self-starter, with excellent project coordination and administrative skillsThe project coordinator will support the global project management office (pmo) which involves monitoring the project schedule and task activity updates, participating in stakeholder meetings, revising standard operating procedures (sops), and supporting project management best practices and solutions.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be agile, responsive, work under tight deadlines, and be competent in using the google suite of applications such as gmail, docs, sheets and slidesThe candidate must possess exceptional verbal, written and presentation skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced, global, multifaceted environmentExcellent planning, intelligence, attention to details, time management, communication, efficient context switching and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications & requirements
Associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred
Project coordinator skills
Great organization skills /work prioritization/ collaborative planning skills

Comfortable with digital tools and learning new ways of working
High degree of personal ownership and accountability to consistently deliver results and prioritize work in a fast paced and high-profile environment

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
Work with pmo leadership, including project & program managers to lead cross-project coordination, resource and task planning, prioritization and escalations
Draft and prepare meeting minutes for internal and stakeholder meetings using exceptional editing skills
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
Deliver end of week status summaries with achievements, watchpoints, and next steps documented or the team through monday.com
Follow and meet key performance expectations (kpes) for this role
Manage communications plans including email, newsletters, and presentations
Manage task lists and action plans, including following up with key stakeholders and project participants
Coordinate procurement for projects including quotes, purchase orders, and partner with finance to apply to budget
Assist in developing pmo plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
