• Documentation: Creating and presenting networking reports. Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
• Education & experience – Bachelor’s degree in network administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field with 4 – 5 yrs experience.
• Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• Monitoring Network performance – Assess network performance to address business requirements and recommends for network planning and upgrades on systems. Also plan for upgrading/replacing hardware and software in the network.
• ITIL – Ensuring and maintaining Capacity management, change management, vendor management and incident management, including Performing disaster recovery operations.
• Support – 24×7 support availability; Flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
