Job Title: Business Development Executive – Turnkey Projects
Job Summary:As a Business Development Executive for Turnkey Projects with 1-3 years of experience, your role is pivotal in identifying, pursuing, and securing turnkey project opportunities. Your proficiency in digital marketing and experience with B2B platforms, such as IndiaMART, will be valuable in enhancing our business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and emerging opportunities.
Leverage digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and visibility.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:Utilize your digital marketing skills to generate leads through online channels, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Leverage B2B platforms like IndiaMART to identify and engage potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Utilize your understanding of digital marketing to tailor client engagement strategies.
Proposal Development:Collaborate with technical teams to create comprehensive project proposals.
Use your digital marketing skills to enhance the visual and content appeal of proposals.
Tender Business Expertise:Apply your knowledge of tender business to identify and participate in relevant bidding opportunities.
Ensure compliance with tendering regulations and requirements.
Negotiation and Contract Closure:Participate in contract negotiations, demonstrating your negotiation skills.
Assist in ensuring timely closure of contracts and project agreements.
Project Handover:Collaborate with project management teams to facilitate a seamless handover of secured projects.
Provide insights gained from digital marketing efforts to align project execution with client expectations.
Sales Reporting and Assistance:Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.
Utilize your digital marketing insights to contribute to sales reporting and forecasting.
Learning and Skill Development:Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to turnkey projects and digital marketing.
Continuously enhance your skills in both areas to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
– 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
– Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools.
– Knowledge of tender business practices and compliance.
– Familiarity with B2B platforms like IndiaMART.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
