Customer trust & partner support (ctps) is responsible for creating a trustworthy shopping experience across amazon stores worldwide by protecting customers, brands, selling partners and amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse as well as empowering, providing world‐class support, and building loyalty with amazon’s millions of selling partners.
This role can be based in seattle, arlington or virtual in the usa.

Customer trust & partner support (ctps) is on a mission to reshape the selling partner experienceWe are looking for a srProduct manager to help us to begin our three-year investment to address our current challenges so that we are able to measure the sp experience end-to-end across the entire support journeyThe successful candidate will own a product to deliver a robust view of the end to end support experienceThe srProduct manager will work across the organization to fill data gaps in the sp experience and contribute to our stakeholders’ ability to capture insights for their respective program/serviceOur goal is to transform the previously distributed model of tracking feedback and performance metrics across contacts, content, and policies into a unified experience management application/product.
This role is requiring a leader who thinks big and will build a strategic visionThe ideal candidate for this role will:
Develop a holistic strategy to collect selling partners’ feedback
Work with user research & market research to re-design/develop the new listening mechanism
Advocate for the right insights and prioritization of getting insights.
Need to tell the story to influence the organization on opportunities revealed by your own work.
Deliver self-service tools that allow operations and product teams to better understand our customers.
Turn data into insightsWork with the business analysts team evaluate and analyze data with a variety of tools to reveal the insights that they contain, which requires use of a variety of tools that find patterns in the data, both the frequencies of actions and analysis of text.
Turn those insights into an improved customer experienceWork with program and other support teams to understand the insights, and make use of the insights to make life better for customers.
Work closely with product managers, program managers, business intelligence engineers and analysts to identify business goals, establish project scope, kpi`s and provide thought leadership and actionable recommendations for improvements.
Demonstrated effectiveness in written, verbal, and visual communication skills; ability to distill complex ideas into concise and accurate narratives that enlighten and inspire.
Passion for understanding the latest tools and techniques in voc, other data-based disciplines.
Ma/ms in customer research, statistics, or a related field of study.
Thinking big, yet nimbly, in a highly results-driven, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to positively influence product roadmaps with data-based insights, and quantifying the amount of improvement once the changes are implemented.
