This exciting opportunity supports the gso and head of talent consultancy in achieving effective financial management and impactful data insightsThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate management of all elements of the group talent financials including group allocations, change the bank, cost to achieve budgetsYou will work with stakeholders across talent, operations, hr reporting, talent coo and data science to optimize data insights, demonstrating the value talent practices bring to the enterprise.

Principal responsibilities
Partner with talent solution leads to help them clearly articulate business cases, accurately forecast costs and expenditure and work with vendors to receive and process invoices in a timely mannerYou will partner with the technology solution lead to accurately track and forecast ctb and hr it spend.
Manage reporting enhancements; including responsibility for assessing technology change impact to existing reports and dashboard.
Act as the sme for reporting and data in talent, offering training and advice for talent and hr accessing and leveraging insights
Manage the inflow of reporting requests and prioritize request completion across the reporting resources.
Build strong and collaborative relationship with the people insights and hr data analytics team to ensure prioritization of talent self-service reports and dashboards.
You will partner with the group hr data science team to articulate the insights needed to elevate the talent service, together building diagnostic and predictive insights to support strategic decision making.
Work with talent solution leads to help design the data insight outcomes from talent products and services
Work with heads of development and solution leads to understand the business needs from talent data and evolve the hr self-service reports and dashboards
Collaborating with hr it, data science, technology solution lead and people insights to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance
Develop data standards, governance rules and implement quality checks.
Analyze data and implement predictive modelling to inform improvement of product development and talent strategy.
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
Leverage data from primary and secondary sources and optimize to facilitate automation where possible.
Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
Demonstrate the significance of analysis in the context of external/internal trends that impact both our organization and industry.
Prepare mi for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
Requirements
Requirements
Data strategy, data literacy, data analytics, data risk, financial management and p&l
5yrs+ of relevant financial and data analysis experience either in-house or with a consultancy
Experience of hr insights and or talent manage insight would be helpful
Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and assertive and professional
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal energetic self-starter
Attention to details with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Focused on the benefit and application for end users of all insights to drive decision making
