What`s a recruiter at hook?
Recruiters are often the first introduction potential candidates have to hook and we need you to help us make a great initial impressionAs a recruiter, you will present as a resource on all things `hook` while still allowing your personality and style to shine throughYou`ll apply your experience to execute sourcing + outreach strategies, grow diverse and robust pipelines across disciplines and advocate for a `culture of recruiting`You will manage competing priorities and learn to break down (or work around) roadblocks through collaboration and creative problem solving.
To do this, you will build partnerships across the organization as a whole and work as part of the people operations team to deliver a meaningful and informative experience looking for ways to innovate our processes and surpass our hiring goals.
What you`ll do
Full cycle recruiting-fulfilling all open roles through sourcing + screening candidates, and scheduling as needed
Understand what good looks like in creative portfolios
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across all disciplines
Establish relationships with group + department leads across the organization
Understand individual team needs + goals to source appropriate talent
Own and deliver an outstanding freelance/candidate experience
Work with people ops team to evaluate our recruiting processes assessing for equity, efficiency and overall experience-adapting as necessary
Navigate ambiguous situations by asking the right questions and making decisions with the information you have available
Track timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in our ats (greenhouse)
Partner with, develop and manage the freelance + recruiting coordinator
Work with freelance + recruiting coordinator to ensure all freelance needs are met
Flex into other duties as needed
What you`ll need
Experience doing full cycle recruiting with a focus on non-technical and creative roles
Experience with traditional recruiting tools: linkedin recruiter, ats (greenhouse is a plus) etc.
Experience using creative recruiting tools: creative job boards, dribbble, behance, wnw etc.
Creative sourcing techniques
Ability to build meaningful partnerships with both candidates and stakeholders
Qualified applicants will include a resume and a statement of interest that lets us learn a little more about you.
