Maintaining the attendance register. Full details recorded in excel.
Maintaining leave forms, permission forms, Employee’s detail forms.
Observation of house keeping and maintaing office supplies and stock Handling vochers and petty cash. Maintaining stationary.
Making sure that clients who walk in are meet with in a polite manner amd given the almost resepect.
Answering phone calls. Attending meetings.
Maintaining brochures and flyers and other outlets.
Reporting to the HR and co-ordinating with other departments.
