This role will have end-to-end accountability for planning and delivering IT projects across various HR functional areas. This individual will bring solid IT background with strong project and program management skills, experience with HR data and systems and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of end-to-end project delivery, including managing the global implementation of a new Cloud HCM. Preference will be given to candidates with experience with a large Cloud HCM Platform or similar to Workday HCM, Oracle HCM or SAP HCM. This role would play a key role in the transition from On-Premise Peoplesoft to Cloud HCM.
