Job description
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
– Answering client correspondences through email, social media, and by phone.
Educational qualification: minimum 12th pass.
Languages to be known: telegu, English
Work location: work from home
Should have: Own laptop Noise cancellation headphone
Working days: 6 days a week. First 10 days training from 11 am to 8 pm.
