About the position:

As a payroll & billing manager in a fast-growing company, you will have responsibility for supporting our clients as we onboard professionals and ensure all professionals are paid timely and accurately on a monthly basis

We are looking for someone with high energy and a laser-like attention to detailWe also seek someone with the ability and inclination to roll up his or her sleeves and do whatever it takes to get a job doneFinally, we need an experienced supervisor with the creative thinking to roll with the punches on a fast-growing company while meeting the needs of our clients and continuing to make them love us.

What you`ll do:

Supervise a team who process and reconciles multiple countries payrolls for our professionals on a monthly basis
Supervise a team that processes and support the reconciliation expense reports for our professionals
Ensure all client bills are generated not only on a timely basis but are accurate
Train billing specialists
Ensure the team meets all deadlines on a monthly basis
Provide support to team and clients with disputes or inquiries concerning invoices
Protect company`s integrity by keeping client information confidential
