What You’ll Do
A successful Business Analyst gets to work closely with the Project Management and Client On-boarding teams to obtain relevant information to define service delivery requirements and assist in the delivery and implementation of internal and external projects. The Business Analyst is also responsible for understanding and documenting the products and service offerings and is expected to work and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams in order to gather the information necessary to propose and implement solutions. As a pivotal role within the Project Management and Onboarding Team, it is necessary for the Business Analyst to demonstrate commitment to teamwork and the maintenance of a collaborative and supportive work environment, whilst supporting project timelines and the team’s objectives
