We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Incharge to assist with the management of daily logistics and activities. In this position, you will contribute in an administrative capacity by assisting our teams on projects, supporting human resources, organizing company events and arranging employee training sessions. An Operations Incharge’s responsibilities include helping their organization run smoothly and ensuring that deadlines, plans for events or anything related gets accomplished on time with no issues. Ultimately, you will work in a support role and oversee many administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

– Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate & cost-effective way

– Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

– Perform quality controls and monitor the operational metrics of the branches

– Ready to move in the region to support the branches in day-to-day branch operations

Requirements

– Excellent communication skills

– Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

– Graduation is mandatory

– Experience- minimum 1year.

– Problem-solving skills
