Job title: director of sealings & polymer

About you – the successful candidate will build and lead a team that effectively combines exceptional technical competence with an efficient supply-chain business model, and to promote esp as a market leading, impartial, trusted product specialistSkills, business processes and infra-structure will be continuously improved to deliver the highest quality, innovative solutions in the shortest time to high-value and repeating customer driven pull demandsIn this manner the leader shall deliver high rates of added value and technically differentiated growth.
Your main skills will include:
Extensive experience in sealing & polymer
Leadership position held with proven improvement achieved
Exceptional, practical problem solving
Excellent communication – ability to clearly articulate and adapt language as appropriate
Experience in multiple functions and facets of an organisation.

Strategy – establish and deliver business unit and product strategies.
Planning – agree and deliver upon annual business plan.
Operational execution – in depth understanding of key processes with sufficient ability to assist management team to resolve any, and all, challenges that they may face
Monitoring & reporting – structured, periodical analytical review to allow effective decision making
Leading – strategic and day-to-day leadership of the organisation
Guiding, developing & coaching – effective team management and development to continually improve organisational performance
