The Digital Manager is responsible for overseeing various aspects of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role involves planning, executing, tracking, and optimizing performance campaigns across multiple platforms. The Digital Manager collaborates with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and maintains a strong focus on creative content development and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Campaign Planning:
– Develop strategic plans for performance-based marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Performance Campaign Asset Content And Design Creation
– Coordinate the creation of campaign assets including visual content, graphics,
and multimedia elements.
– Ensure that campaign assets adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for digital platforms.
Performance Campaign Execution
– Manage the execution of performance campaigns across various digital channels such as social media, email, and websites.
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
– Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Generate reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Creative Design Oversight
– Oversee and evaluate both offline and online creative design initiatives to maintain brand consistency and quality.
– Supervise the creation and optimization of product videos to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
WhatsApp Campaign Management
– Develop and approve templates for WhatsApp campaigns.
– Create and edit content for WhatsApp campaigns and oversee their execution.
– Create and manage weekly and daily dashboards to monitor campaign performance and track key metrics.
– Monitor campaign performance metrics and implement optimization strategies to improve outcomes.
App And Website Management
– Handle app inventory including banners and Lottie animations.
– Manage app notifications and oversee website events setup.
Marketing Technology Integration
– Collaborate with relevant teams to integrate marketing technology tools such as Salesforce, Appsflyer, and Sinch.
SMS Marketing Oversight
– Evaluate and edit SMS content for marketing campaigns.
– Approve and add SMS content on Sinch platform for execution.
UI/UX Content And Email Design
– Collaborate with design teams to develop UI/UX content and email designs for marketing initiatives.
– Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns.
Qualifications And Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on campaign management and optimization.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is preferred.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
