Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

The candidate should also have experience in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.

– Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO).

– Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns, including creating and publishing content, tracking performance, and engaging with followers.

– Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating and managing email lists, designing email templates, and tracking email performance.

– Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram, including setting up ad campaigns, monitoring performance, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

– Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.

– Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual content for digital marketing campaigns.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and make recommendations on how to incorporate them into our marketing strategy.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

– Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

– Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram.

– Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram for Business, and email marketing platforms.

– Excellent communication and project management skills.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
