Full Job Description
The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
– Handling customer queries
– Provide information about services
– To convert all enquiries into appointments
– To schedule Appointments
– Follow up with Missed Appointments
– Cold Calling the Database to maximize capacity utilization
Skills:
– Minimum 2 years Call Centre Experience.
– Good Communication Skills and English should be Fluent.
– Outbound sales or lead generation experience is must.
Working Timing :
– Monday to Sunday 9 to 6pm
– Sat – Sun compulsory working
– 1 week-off in between Monday to Thursday(Any day)
