Job Summary: Primary technical leader working across our internal customer, Operation IT leadership and program management to solve complex issue across the globe. Manages the IT Operation in our India office including direct/indirect reports in all areas of IT Operations We are looking for a proven leader to guide and bring our India operation to the next level. This management position will grow and upskill the technical teams leading by example. The Focus will be on transforming our operation to be a best-in-class center of excellence in core functions such as service desk, helpdesk, tier 3 support functions (Infra/Cloud, Networking, Application Support, Dev/Ops, and Database). Proven technical leader who will bring innovative ideas and a strong technical track record of leading technical triage, recommending enhancements and process improvements. This position typically works under limited supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.
