To join our team as a program assistant! as part of our customer service support staff, you will ensure a smooth process for customers to schedule a service appointment for recycling of appliances within program guidelines and client expectationsYou will support the program by keeping accurate records and completing administrative tasks in a timely mannerYou will support our dispatch team to ensure that field teams have accurate and up-to-date information for each appointment.

Show proficiency with microsoft office suite
Take inbound calls consistently throughout the workday and return voicemails in a timely manner.
Change focus to a variety of program-related tasks during the non-peak period of inbound business.
Show excellent data entry skills
Greet customers in a kind and professional manner and assist with answering questions on terms of the program
Complete associated documentation, clearly and concisely, following company standards

3-5 years of customer service experience
