This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Tech-1 located in Pune. As a Service Desk Tech-1, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, customer service, and maintenance. You will provide technical support to customers, resolve issues related to hardware and software, and escalate issues when needed.
